and?? a fellow 13sar AND ace attorney fan??? it’s always a pleasure to meet someone who’s enjoyed some of my favorite games!! if i may ask, which characters are your favorites from those two series? (just so excited to see another fan, please excuse me)
Honestly, I love the whole cast in 13 Sentinels so it's really hard to pick a favourite! Heck, I even like Shiba. So many characters are loveable in their own ways, like Takatoshi's yakisoba pan obsession or Keitaro's innocence- and Nenji really grew on me too, especially with the scene at the end when they revisit the simulation. It was really interesting to piece together how different the clones are from their originals with their personalities & experiences. (Sorry if I'm rambling I'm also excited to find another fan.) It's such a detailed story and left me thinking about it for ages after I finished.
As for Ace Attorney, I've played the trilogy, Spirit of Justice (though I think I didn't complete it) and I'm actually midway through playing The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures. I LOVE Kazuma and Sholmes from Adventures. From the main series though I like Gumshoe, Franziska and Edgeworth. Phoenix is a loveable dork, Maya's relatable and Pearl's adorable. Again it's hard to pick favourites because I love so many! I even remember some of the side characters that I really enjoyed (and the joy of picking out the puns in their names I'M LOOKING AT YOU "Winced-in Pain", can you believe his ancestor in Adventures is called "Auchi"?).

i feel the same, it’s hard to pick a favorite from such a lovable cast!! and don’t worry about rambling, i‘m here for it!! my favorites in 13 sentinels were probably okino and yuki! okino was so silly and i loved his dynamic with hijiyama. yuki’s detective-style story was super fun (although it was really confusing 😅 that’s probably only because i didn’t yet know all the plot twists though). in general i liked all the character relationships, the romantic ones were sweet (my favorites were hijiyama/okino, yuki/shu, and nenji/tomi), and their friendships were great as well (miura and hijiyama’s banter in the credits put a huge smile on my face, and i loved natsuno and yuki‘s…. foreshadowing friendship).
i recently played the great ace attorney games and i gotta agree! sholmes and kazuma are great!! sholmes was probably my favorite in the games, he’s ridiculous and i adore him 💙💙 my main series favorites are apollo and nahyuta (maybe hot takes?? idk i liked their designs), although every main character has their charm imo haha.
