Hello! I hope I'm not disturbing but I need to ask something urgently- Although I did receive full payment for your commission and all should have been good, something happened and it now the transaction simply disappeared from my account's transaction history (and the points with it)

I'm not sending this message because I want to receive payment again, or because I think you had anything to do with the problem, so you don't need to worry about that. I don't consider you're to blame for this and I am for a fact still going to complete the commission.

What I do need to ask though, is if the change has happened on your end, too (so if 1200 pts suddenly appeared back into your account or anything like that). That's because I do have a suspicion that the server the site data is stored on may have crashed recently, just like it did with a few other sites like discord and TH, in which case, that could've lead to some problems.

In short, I just wanted to see if the change has happened for you as well, or if it's a problem only on my end, so I know how to manage the situation. Thanks for reading!

Hmm, I haven't heard of that until now! It's truly a shame it's happening. And thank you! ^^ It isn't necessary for you to do that, I think I will simply submit a ticket about it and see what goes down, but still, I really appreciate the gesture <3
