I'm so glad you enjoy seeing them just as much as I love making them!!! I find it so satisfying organizing my gem folders!!!! The ears actually weren't all an original idea- it was based off of JuxxJaxx's take on the gems! I watched her redesign of the main cast and really loved the idea of these aliens needing 'communicators/translators'. Although hers are explicitly cosmetic add-ons like clothing for the gems, I felt what with my gems all being originally Zelda characters I'd integrate it more into them """organically""" if that makes sense! I take inspiration from just about everywhere and have to thank all of the big SU adopt artists for the ideas! Sometimes coming up with so many outfits can be a bit ???? brain frazzle but it's a puzzle I love to solve >:D I hope to one day introduce the ongoing story once they're all uploaded!
