Also yeah fondant is the right word!!! its made from sugar, water and gelatin! >w< (ty for my couple years of culinary class to know that and intense hyperfixation on baking videos BAHAHA) sometimes theres also marshmallow fondant too! just depends on the cake/bakery though :3
