Basically, you make a bulletin saying that you're open/the light are on and you can list out what tricks and treats you're going to give (the last part is optional, you can choose to leave it as a surprise). You link your bulletin in the og bulletin so ppl can go knock. When they say trick or treat, you either give them a trick or a treat.
