I always use Firealpaca as of right now! For animation and tweening, I use Live2D! Though if you want to try out, I can also try and search up free alternatives that seem to work well

These two I heard are good alternatives, they work differently but should do the job of tweening animations
I have never used either of them so I can't tell anything about them yet
