i've never had to answer this sort of question before but I'll try my best ^^

yup i have no pronouns 👍 i just get called by my name

i often try to rephrase sentences to negate the pronoun aspect

Example:

Oh criss? working upstairs 

Oh criss? right upstairs working 

oh you'll find criss working upstairs

You can just say "Oh criss? criss is upstairs" however I'm personally not a huge fan of the repetition. blame the english teachers.

I do find in actual conversations it's much easier to avoid the usage of pronouns especially in informal situations  

I do allow the use of they/them because sometimes it really is just inconvenient to rephrase sentences to avoid mentioning pronouns and repeatedly using my name gets quite clunky looking. It does make me slightly uncomfortable labelling them as pronouns i can go by but I prefer if people don't struggle when referring to me so i'm ok with it.
