I mainly use and jam together templates, but I aways make sure the credits are there! Usually can be found as links or the css is credited at the bottom of the page.

If you need filler or aesthetic images you can use places like unsplash.com (what I use) or if you go back a folder from the link you'll find a lot of ftu resources for filler items!
also if you find what your doing, fontawsome is a cool place too for little symbols n stuff!
