Perrotte's design is absolutely AWESOME- It really shows how much of a authoritarian figure he is, and fits well with the story he's got! He gives off the vibes of being powerful and merciless, yet I love the fact that you included the fact that people's views on him is at best, complicated and has many sides-
And all the art in his gallery is really cool to look at! Really well developed OC, love him! <3
