What program do you use :0?? Based on how smooth it is i assume either After effects or Live2d :0c!! Im lightly familiar with the first and know the latter rather well!!
Actually it's neither! I use Spriter Pro which is more used for video game sprites and such, but it's versatile enough that I can use it for my animations :]
