you probably get this question a lot, but its baffling me.. I've noticed with your tiny and big couples (which is fine, i respect and love that too, i read from these comments you just like those kinds of couples) but I've noticed when you do it, it seems almost all of the big characters are dark colored, have a scar on their face mostly around their nose, have a gold tooth, and freckles. While the tiny one almost always has large round glasses.
So is this like, maybe the same character in a bunch of aus? or a hyperfixation on the same-feely designs? Like, i know there are exceptions, i saw a bird or two in there along with a few humans. but I'm just curious why a lot of your characters share similar traits.
Most of the tall characters are demi-goddess's and half sisters. Born to the Goddess of Wrath which means they tend to have a similar colouration matching a combination of Wrath and which ever Goddess or mortal was her partner that time. The true goddess's are massive giants and are all spawned from the Grand goddess.
The reason why the bigger characters are generally earth tone is because of the lore of their worlds, they are generally demi-goddess's and have a role in protecting those who live within their realms, so the ones with forest colours tend to come from the realm of forest, the darker one generally come from the realm of stars and the lighter cream based ones usually come from much more bright realms like the beach ones, one's with endless rolling yellow grassy fields or one that are less likely to need protection. It's camouflage.
They ones with the gold teeth generally come from the more dangerous realms and have lost their teeth, that's also why they tend to be scarred more often then the cream demigoddess's.
Also They could totally all have a family reunion.
aw!! that is super cute! they are all super sweet and I appreciate the work you put into all of them! how they all have profiles and descriptions! You definitely have a thing going for you! Consistancy is good, keep it up! You're doing way better than me and my 400+ ocs I'm struggling to balance XD
