Sure thing! Customs in the 5-15 range will be more simple-shaped whereas customs in the 15-30 range may be more detailed (but still sketchy.) If you pay 35-60, which is what I'd normally charge for a custom, it'll have a higher chance of line art and/or extra reference pieces.
