I wanted to use your base but I don't know which program would be good to use so I was looking for a recommendation or maybe how to make the gif have a transparent background and stuff😭
You can use https://ezgif.com/maker to put all frames in order, have 'don't stack frames' enabled at the bottom, set delay time to preferred speed and you can mess with the gif rates too As for program, you can use any animation/drawing program that allows onion mode (I use FireAlpaca) if you use that too you can extract all frames (which are all the layers) with animation mode and set background as transparent
