It basically means that instead of sending me the money which I then use to pay for something, you send it directly to the person I want to commission - it's like a 3-way trade! It works to trade USD for characters who can't be resold, because instead of reselling, it's a 3-way trade ^^ hope that makes sense at all! I can go into more detail if that's a bit confusing.

Either one is ok! Gouda doesn't have a resale value, so do know that USD would have to be done via voucher ^^ I'd use it to commission a friend!
