Oh gosh, I hope you're still okay with offers. I'm still kinda hesitating but I'd like to offer my characters for anything, I think that we could work something out as we seem to run along the same lines. I'm certainly above 21 and also slowly trying to squeeze my way back into writing for my characters in any sort of form.
I do love me some good plot-based roleplay, don't care for what type of character, your hard limits match mine except for character death (but usually as a "can be brought back from the death" kind of thing) and yeah! I do love the look of your characters and can't wait to know them better! Also certainly not opposed to just talk about "what ifs" and create artwork. :> I could DM you my Discord and get to know each other better and see if we match in writing style and whatnot?
