As for the images they are using the <img> html tag and all I did was <img src="DIRECT IMAGE LINK"/> to get them up on my profile! If you would rather not actually code it in, you can use the little image icon in the text editor and slap that direct link in there as well. I hope that helps!
I have a pretty long queue as of right now so I can't take any art trades as of right now, but I may open some later when I finish my commission queue. I usually announce a couple of slots on my Deviantart!
