I've never attempted a proper reference sheet, so I don't have anything set regarding cost. Generally, the price is dependent on what you're after content wise. Fullbodies/busts/chibis etc. How much detail or how little you're imagining. If you can provide me with a concept (in written word or otherwise) then I can give you a ball-park price!
