Oh ok so if you want to transfer an oc to someone you go into that ocs profile and click the menu tab that's on the side. Once that opens you scroll down until you see where it says ownership. Tap that and find where it says transfer ownership. In that box you will put the new owners username and below it you can add a reason for transferring
