hi, in the base I provided 2 psd files (one with less layers, one regular) u have to open one of these file in a drawing program (like procreate, clip studio, paint tool Sai, etc.

make sure that when ur saving the PSD files ur clicking on "Save to Files" and not "Save Image"

then u can find the saved PSD files in the appli "files" on ur iPad :

then click on the desired PSD file and click on the share button, then open procreate here

if ur not on ipad, u can find online tutorials by searching : "How to open a psd file on [NAME OF THE SOFTWARE UR USING]"
