It's possible, I've managed to figure it out by trial and error and you can see that on my fakemon pages (though I modified this code a bit to my preferences.) Here's a code link that shows you what to replace with what: link~
Other than the color, the other slight difference is how it calculates stats; I copied part of the code Bulbapedia uses for their stats, so this new stat bar automatically does the math for you and adjusts the colored bar width accordingly (example: where it says 20/255, put in 95/255 for your OC's HP and it does the rest.) Hope this helps you :)
