If you want the images in your gallery to be divided up into sub galleries: go to the profile of the character you want to add the tabs to. Under [Control Panel] > [Manage Character], click on [Tabs]. Then add a tab and set it to [Sub Gallery], and any images there would appear under a divider in your gallery!
Alternatively, if what you're asking is how to move images to tabs, go to [Control Panel] > [Manage Images], and click on [Manage Images]. Click on the images you want to move, and under the [Move Tab] box, select the tab you want to move them to. Once the new gallery has at least one image, you can also use [Sort Images] to move things around in the sub galleries!
