YEAH my sister introduced me to pikmin after she played the demo and i loved it so much i ended up buying the 1 + 2 bundle,, i plan on buying 3 deluxe and 4 in the future so i can play em myself :}
also yeah the timeline got a lil weird,, i think that 2 +3 are after 1's good ending while 4 is after 1's bad ending
hell yeah!! that sounds so fun you get to go grab Louie a total of Three (3) times XD
which is fine and makes sense! plus the bad ending is really neat, the implications are super fun to think about but MAN.......... i don't know the fandom very well but hopefully most people see/treat it that way so they dont just like. exclude the Koppai trio or something im probably worrying for nothing tho, considering 3 and the Koppai trio have existed for longer than 4 XD
If anything I do think that the Koppaites (not the trio, just the people/planet) get mentioned in 4,, i hope they don't get forgotten about too because they seem pretty cool-
I'm testing the fandom waters,, not too in it as to not get spoiled for some stuff (which. some i failed) but not too shallow as to go in blind, especially cuz i'm making a pikmin au of one of my sonas (fun fact: when I was looking up the koppaite explorer outfit designs i learned that Hocotatians have pointed ears while the Koppaites' are more rounded)
at least there's that! better than nothing 😔 plus i imagine some of the castaways might be Koppaites??? and if they aren't there's always headcanon and ocs to fill in the gap XD
hah, i was doing that the night i made Frankie- i spoiled myself on something in 4 even though there was a warning at the top of the page XD i just somehow skimmed past it and right to the spoilers i actually didn't notice that! but looking at Alph's figure (only one i have saved lmao) it's like... oval shaped? so long and rounded instead of long and pointy (or short and round like i was expecting)
OCS YES they do help with filling the void,, if you ever wish to ramble about your Pikmin ocs I would love to hear it!!
As for the ears I thought at first that they were the same as the hocotatians but I saw an artist draw them differently so I had to look it up for myself and voila, their ears are different
tbh i don't have much to ramble about that's not on Frankie's profile!! meanwhile im very interested in reading more about Bast and their Pikmin because HELL YEA fellow Pikmin hybrid oc go brr XD i also just ADORE their design- the hair tufts are so cute and the hair growing out to be a bit leafier is so fun plus the little detail that there's a meter for either life support or air and that it's empty
it's super cool!! ...plus thankfully i got them right for Frankie despite referencing Alph, or else i'd either have to say she's a Koppaite raised on Hocotate or she has them Koppaite ear genes XD
