Making one right now! I've been in the (now inactive) fandom of tv-heads cats for a few years and I was so excited when I saw your species!!!

I have a quick question: is there a limit to the amount of characters we can create? And can they be disabled in some way? (Appropriate to the species, like a broken screen or a buttons that doesn't work and so on.) Just some people is not allowing that and I want to check it beforehand
