I'm, kind of confused

Is this like a game almost, a rp, a species?

Genuinely confused. From what I've seen so far (which is not a lot tbh) this just seems like a Pokemon fan/subspecies. Not at all a bad thing! It's just that the only reason I found out about this is through seeing someone I'm subbed to posting a character that is linked to this world
