First time doing a WTA, so here goes:

I’d keep the name, seems fitting.

Could perhaps slip them into a farming role, with the arm blades coming in handy to harvest, or a research role where they could help get the right amount of various compounds.

Or perhaps as a baker, with the blades being used to scratch orders into a wax tablet to free up their hands for other tasks like bagging their products!

Man, good designs are hard to place, since there’s so many opportunities!
