you go to settings, under "general settings" there's a part called account details. there it has your username, email, and date of birth, under your username you can click the words "change username" ! hope that helps :)
that's strange if you haven't changed it yet- maybe wait until next month? i see you joined this month, so i guess that might be the reason why it says that?
