Maybe If the person was doing the art claim, they can send them to the character in the shelter, or If they haven't started they can draw noor.
I can accept a character too, since I'm actually thinking of giving noor for free.

That's alright! They can do the art for Noor, if they haven't started. If they have, I'll count it for whatever character they did.
