yes and no? technically they're all created by moonkitti and then handed off to us. but she mostly just gives us a name and a design and occassionally some family- we fill in a personality, a voice, and any lore/hcs we want.
but every stoneclan character here is, as far as i know, posted by their current actual voice actor/owner, if thats what youre asking
