Oh hi sorry I don't have a TOS exactly ^^ you're free to change the design as you please :'D just credit me for the original design if you intend to keep the character the same or similar enough looking ^^ if the design changes to the point it's basically a new design I don't need credit anymore :') I hope you get a lot of use out of the design :D if you don't mine me asking, which design is it you're buying? Just so I can keep tabs and see how the character changes over time :'D
I completely understand don't worry and thank you for double checking ^^ If it still mostly resembles the character i designed then yeah a credit would be appreciated :') But as I said if the design changes to the point it looks like 2 different characters I'm not bothered about credit xD
