its not letting me save the image as anything i can work with :( my art programs aren't accepting it. i'd ask the original artist if they have access to the jpeg file (which it seems like it is based on what it tries to save it as before it changes it to a jfif file) and if they do, have them send it to you directly. then if you have sai or sai2 or something, you can open it in there and do save as jpeg (or export for internet as jpeg if its on csp or something), and then all you have to do is mess with the settings to get it to 4 mb or lower while losing as little quality as possible. then you should be able to upload it to toyhouse without it getting pixelated.
if its getting too artifacty, then it helps to decrease the canvas size before you convert it
i can try to save the file in a small enough file size to allow uploading to toyhouse and submit it to the character if you want

This would be so insanely helpful. I think I might have to link it somehow anyway, but thank you!
