yes and no, i messaged them on their comm page 16 days ago asking for an update, tried adding them on discord where they said they were more active to only not get added and have 3 days go by, sent this message AND then emailed them cause i filed and chargeback/refund, i just checked my email and they emailed me back saying to wait for the art but my refund already went through and i've already waited a month with 0 communication and watching them finish comms of people who tech. came after me.
Got the same issue. I initially did offer to let them have the money since they're going through a hard time. They were adamantly against it and said they would deliver soon. That was on Feb 3th, and I've already been waiting a while prior to that.
No idea if this will have a happy end or no. But they don't seem to be working on coms at all?
Sorry for commenting but do you by chance remember their PayPal? It’s been a few months and I want to try and get a refund but I don’t know the paypal anymore 😞
I wish I saw these comments earlier, I commissioned them over 4 months ago for some Chibis of my angels; it was also my first time supporting/commissioning a artist through Toyhouse & I do not think I'll be doing it again.
I have requested updates from them numerous times with either a blunt response of "soon/next" or nothing at all aka ignored. I'm at the point where I may just request a refund as I do not see them completing the work anytime soon & I have received zero proof of WIPs from them. I am quite gutted by this as I was really excited & looking forward to receiving these Chibis from them. :/

same i felt so bad but after explaining the situation to my friends they were just like “get a refund 😐” so i just followed their advice 😭
