im actually unsure 😭i do remember that back in december id had some left shoulder issues that persisted for a bit, but i kinda forgot about it as it disappeared. I'm extremely sedentary (trying to be more active tho 💪) so when I built my new desk i was in many odd positions, one including putting a lot of pressure on my left shoulder (and also the screwdriver/bad desk quality was what gave me my right hand scare lol) so maybe that renewed the issue with my shoulder 💀💀i didnt think much of it at the time but now i think its gotten p bad WHOOPS- its all speculation, but I'm pretty sure it had to be a combination of many small things and stuff i never checked out when they first sprung up, ty for your concern!
