Became a patron (Fledgling) last night and was wondering if we're able to host raffles of characters that are put on any of the bases?
I wasn't sure if it applied as the adopts rule but I wanted to know to make sure ^^

if you mean raffling out adopts made using then base then yes, thats all good!
