Thanks! Yeah it was a ton of people who are certainly not artists tbh,, also people on Twitter are just like that! I appreciate that, it was a miserable experience, but Iâm glad to be able to speak up online about creative integrity and intellectual property!
It sucks when non artists try to police artists :/ though I guess itâs also the fact they donât understand it because theyâre not an artist themselves ,, and it is great youâre able to speak up on it! I feel like a lot of people turn against anyone âcopyingâ (even if itâs not that) and I do get it, I was like that b4 đ especially if you donât realize the fact that things can be similar but their own little thing instead
YES indeed, people can always take inspiration from my designs, so long as they donât copy my conceptâs features! (Like, if it looks like mine, then itâs mine?? like it can only look the same if you only copy features.) BUT like, if someone made a âblanket mantaâ with totally different execution, and it looked different, thatâs A-OKAY! Nonartist and NEW artist  confuse inspiration and imitation a lot, but we can only ask and learn  <3
