Mhm! I don't mind the wait! Usually, on the second or third month mark, I do check in and ask for any updates ( And see if the artist is still interested in doing the artwork(s) ) nwn/.
As for the amounts, uhhh... Does 6-7 sound alright pwp? Or is that too much? ( Try to base the numbers on the amount you've previously offered but divide it by 3 ) ;w;. If it is too much, just let me know!
