Their website states that "grems that have no resale value listed may NOT be resold, they may only be traded, vouchered, or gifted" and their DA journal states that "Any grem has the ability to be vouchered, but because this is considered a trade, any grem with a resale value listed on the masterlist will lose that value and no longer be resellable." So a voucher should be alright !
