you should tell her that it's the law for people in cars to stop and yield for pedestrians. and that because driving is a privilege and not a responsibility, it was her fault. shes legally supposed to be prepared to slam on the brakes of someone jumps out in front of her car, it doesnt matter who it is

if you were someone else would she have said the same thing?

what basically happened is i was tryna get in the carr, but i couldnt go through the waya i was at first cause stuff blocking the way, SOO as im going behind the car to the other side (whichwas a dumb move for me.. to go behind the car honestly) SHE PULLS OUT.. she didnt even look at the camera she just started going and i saw my life flash before my very eyes
