Exactly how emotionless does nero become while wearing that thing? becouse i always thought it was fully emotionless but this image shows him with some emotion.
Is it kinda like the original idea for Zootopia were the predators would wear a color that would zap them if they got to much emotion? but this time its just removing emotion instead of zapping?
Depends on how much charge he has in it. If the magic is at 100% his emotions are snuffed out immediately and entirely, if it's less then it only dulls them out after a little bit, and if it's almost out it will do very little to his emotions

im assuming luca is the one that has to recharge it? also approximately how long do you think a full charge lasts/

Anyone with lucan magic can charge it, but monsters struggle to cast Lucan magic in general so only luca can fully charge it for him.
Id say if he wears it 24/7 itll last him around 3 weeks at most, but he will usually take it off to make it last longer.
