Look like otter quirk gdsgsd and her mom is a banker with a water quirk. She is So excited to be a hero, even if she is rapidly being traumatized by hero school. She loves shirts with silly otter designs on them, and almost solely wears skirts because pants are very hard to wear with otter feet/tail and also do Not feel good on her fur.
