oooh i see, that's odd, it only does that with goods and services payments?

there is a big chance that its due to family and friends payments though haha, paypal gets suspicious if you receive too many f/f payments (especially when from different parts of the world) and may freeze/restrict your account for a while due to it (of course i dont know the full context and i could be wrong tho)

i'd be okay with throwing in an additional dollar or two as a tip and small compensation for the longer wait hahaha but i sadly wouldn't know otherwise either :(
