put your mouse over your PFP in the top right of the screen, then click "settings" from the drop down menu. then it'll take you to a different screen with options down the left side. pick "profile content" and there should be a text box. then enter whatever you want it to say and press update.

go to "manage images" then "submit image" then do the normal image stuff and hit submit.
