This is the dialogue I love to have visualized with little text balloons (if possible):
Morgen: You know smoking kills, right?
Evan: That’s kind of the point.
Landon: Yeah, we’re trying to speed things up.
Thor while eating raw cookie dough: nodding
Morgen is the Doctor of the small town (and obviously cares for his friends), Landon is the Sheriff and Evan is his hired marksman, Thor is Evan's son and pretty well known by Landon for all the stunts he pulls. Evan and Landon can be smoking while Thor downs some cookie dough. Morgen can be all judgemental and worried.
If the little scene doesn't spark your creativity, just let me know and I'll come up with something else!

Extra: This is his moodboard if you want to know more about his aesthetic/headspace. He is a veteran that settled in a small town to be a doctor (he's the one that treats all of Thor's burns). Loves his plants more than life itself and has a very old (engineer) father that builds his leg prosthetics.
