To make folders: open the menu that pops up when you tap your user on the top right, go to manage:folders. That’s where you can make folders.

Sorting characters one at a time: go to the character, manage character, edit profile, and there’s a folder dropdown menu. Make sure you click save.

Mass sorting: go to settings under the menu from your user again. On the side menu, go to character mass manager. There you can mass sort characters.

To change the order that they appear in manually: go to that menu on the top right once again, and pick sort characters. Make sure you click save when you’re done
