like knowing where they will come out sort of like in ground or water or do they always get out on ground?

recharge time for portals?

They can't control where they go with their universe portals (They only work when going in between universes) technically they can go 'home' whenever they want but it's a dump and none of them want to stay there //feel free to make your own species like that tho//

no like if there's a certain rarity then they know that they won't come out in water but if they're common they could be in the middle of a sea

what if to go to another dimension they had to wait for their portal energy to recharge and rarer the faster at charging
