Are you transferring the image to Insider's toyhouse?
I do not send over characters first due to experiencing others have issues where people have taken advantage of this and ran off without payment
Small edit: I usually send transfers when i see that the image transfer is pending (or in payment methods ofc, i have the buyer pay upfront for my own precautions)
I sent a request for just an image transfer, I won't accept the character design transfer as to avoid confusion when people are looking at my designs! I'll be sending this guy over rn :)
