From what I can gather, they do send characters but they don’t really check the ownership tab and have something of an attitude when pressed about the mistakes they make. Still, hope ya find some joy in ya trading hunt ^^
Ah, that thieving, dishonest wretch owes a few characters, didn’t know it was them but makes sense with the Spanish and other things. Reported em before, but clearly can’t keep certain distasteful individuals down.
