Also, it's not possible to block another paypal account?? You can only change your own account email so if they try to send to your old one it doesn't work (though why would you do that if your goal is a refund) The ppl defending them have literally no idea what they're talking about, apparently

I know! And I haven't disputed the transaction yet either because I do obviously wanna give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until they give me my refund, but at this point I doubt I will ever see it....
