I don't know a lobbie-- the character I made (the one you linked) was randomly made..- I wouldn't steal your main characters design.
And the only thing that's similar is the jacket--

Other than the hair and the jacket they look nothing similar. Sorry but I've never seen Lobbie, I'd unsell her if my intention was to copy Lobbie. But I've never seen her
