maybe doing the work will help with the stress, i dont know how to deal with stress that well either, i just have the mentality that "if i fail, ph well, there's always a next time"
maybe u can just write down notes about them and look at them when u have time or do doodles on ur papers (i apologize that i butchered the english language and not being so helpful)
