here is a guide to how i arrange my characters' profiles:
name, species, gender and pronouns, age, sexuality: identify character's attributes
appearance/color and markings, eye color: a summary of the character's appearance in case the ref is unclear
physical features: details about their appearance
traits, likes, dislikes: for a better understanding of their personality!
favorite color: a good starting point for their outfit or bg if ur drawing them!
paragraph description: learn about the character and their backstory, personality, fashion choices, and more!!
tags: species, & "genre" for organizational purposes.... also, any characters tagged with #single r shippable w other single charas / ur single ocs!! :3 pls ask before shipping though!!!
images: images r sorted based on how accurate they are to how i want the character drawn, usually the ref image & new or fav pieces will b at the front, with old pics at the end
